I am ambitious and determined.
I am currently on 110 kg of weight.
My goal each week to give 1 kg in a healthy manner.
My goal is to lose weight in a lasting way.
We want to be the weak one.
But this is not possible.
But once a week if you lose weight.
Will give 52 pounds a year.
This tremendous rate.
So little small but we will permanently lose weight.
For this we need highly motivated.
If you believe, we can achieve.

i really agree with u. i cant diet throughly.in a week if i diet for 4 days then 1 day i cant.then i am demotivated.then i cant diet. and i also dont know the diet plan i should take.plz help me.
